In the light.
"Reaching out" is about establishing a connection between a foster parent and a foster child. This helps the viewer visualize the difficulties and struggles within the foster care system. Even when foster care is taken out of the public eye, there are still people, represented by the glowing ribbons, who continue to give off light.

In the dark
"Outlandish" tells the story of a person's dream that others thought was impossible. The person's first dream, represented by the person on the left, was "I am going to make a documentary" but then they thought to themselves "How do I make this dream even more impossible?". That led them to their second dream, represented by the person in the middle. "I am going to make an award-winning feature-length documentary". The final part of this story is how they will pull it off, represented by the person on the right looking forward to seeing their dream come true.
